country kitchen alchemy {edition seven}…

happy tuesday everyone…

it’s the middle of june already {please let this summer linger}, which means it’s time for the latest edition of country kitchen alchemy!

did i ever mention how clever my friend lisa is? not only does she send me delicious recipes tried & tested in her country kitchen all the way down under, but more often than not they’re perfectly seasonal dishes which can be equally enjoyed whichever hemisphere you’re in…

that’s the case again this month with two tasty dishes i could happily devour either curled up in front of a fire or al fresco with the sun on my skin & a vino in hand…

is it just me, or does the thought of dipping some freshly-baked olive focaccia into a bowl of virgin oil make your taste buds do a dance in your mouth too?

if so, you can download this {& all of lisa’s recipes} from the my features tab where i have saved these recipe cards in a more printer-friendly format…

enjoy & be sure to join us next month for our eigth instalment of country kitchen alchemy

previous editions of country kitchen alchemy: onetwothreefourfive, six

{this is not a sponsored post, just two friends sharing the love!}
